Over the past several decades, I have worked with a few hundred individuals, both short-term and long-term, to help them understand how to use their skills and passions to find the career that makes their soul sing.  I, too, have worked in companies and positions that did not match my values, abilities, or interests.  I have been in positions where I did not have the proper mentorship or feedback to progress to the roles I wanted. 

 

I have experienced traumas that limited the possibilities I could see in the workplace, influenced the risks I was willing to take, and influenced the treatment I was willing to accept. Hard work and insight helped me move past these things and allowed me to make the moves that brought me personal and career satisfaction.
